All Sales Final

Every Ro&Leaf piece is made in a limited run, which means all sales are final. No returns or refunds. Please keep reading, because I genuinely want you to love what you ordered.

Exchanges

If something arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, reach out within 7 days of delivery and I will make it right. That's a promise.

If you need a different size, contact me within 14 days of delivery and I'll do everything I can to help. Exchanges are subject to availability and customer is responsible for all shipping.

Preorder Orders

By placing a preorder you're trusting me with your money before the product even ships, and I don't take that lightly. All preorder purchases are final and cannot be cancelled once placed, but I will always communicate openly about timelines and make sure your order is worth the wait.

A note from Caro

I started Ro&Leaf on my own, and right now it's still just me. I wish I could offer full returns the way bigger brands do, and someday I will. For now, I put everything I have into making sure each piece is something you'll actually reach for. If something isn't right, please reach out before you give up on it. I want to hear from you and I want to make it right.
