About Ro&Leaf

Made for the in-between moments. When nights roll into mornings and mornings become everything else. Soft enough for sleep, and stylish enough to be seen in.

Sleep well. Play well.

Caroline, founder of Ro&Leaf

Meet Caroline Leaf

I've wanted to be a fashion designer for as long as I can remember. I was eight years old when I started sketching clothes and telling people that's what I was going to do.

I studied fashion and art at the University of Georgia before moving to New York to learn the fashion industry from the inside. There, I designed prints and products at Steve Madden and Reebok before eventually returning to Georgia to work with Onward Reserve.

Those years in the industry taught me how garments are really made. I saw everything from the first sketch to the fabrics, production, and final product. More importantly, they showed me how much creativity, craftsmanship, and cost go into the clothes we wear every day.

Ro&Leaf is my way of bringing that knowledge together. I draw every print myself and carefully select the fabrics and silhouettes that make each piece feel special.

For me, it's always been about the same thing: creating beautiful prints, thoughtful fabrics, and pieces people genuinely love to wear. Thank you for being here. It means more than you know.

Love, Caro

Original prints

Every Ro&Leaf print is drawn by Caro. Original artwork informed by real runway research and a love for blending fashion and art.

Built on better fabric

Pima cotton, modal, and a touch of silk for our solids. Peruvian pima and modal for our prints. Natural materials chosen for softness, drape, and the way they feel after a long day.

No waste by design

Pieces are made in small, intentional runs. Every drop is planned before a single yard is cut. Limited quantities, no excess inventory, and new drops every couple of months.

Mix & match always

Every piece in a drop coordinates with every other. Multiple outfits out of a few silhouettes. Build your own set or wear the whole thing. Either works.

Priced honestly

Caro comes from the industry. She knows what great pieces cost to make, and refuses to cut corners. Ro&Leaf is priced the way it should be: luxury sleepwear, thoughtfully made, without the luxury markup.

Silhouettes, perfected

Every piece was developed from original specs, then worn, tested, and refined until the fit felt just right. Shirts that feel barely there, bras that support you, and pants that look effortlessly chic.

Fabric with a reason

What it's made of

Every fiber in a Ro&Leaf piece was chosen on purpose. All natural. The quality your skin deserves.

Yes, there's silk in this. At this price. On purpose.

Silk doesn't take ink. So we built the next best thing — Peruvian pima blended with modal for that same buttery drape. A print that actually lasts.

Pima Cotton

01

Pima Cotton

Extra-long staple fiber

Pima is to cotton what cashmere is to wool. Its extra-long fibers create a fabric that feels softer, stronger, and more resistant to pilling than standard cotton. At Ro&Leaf, pima is the foundation of every fabric we use. The long fibers allow the material to breathe, hold color beautifully, and develop an even softer feel over time. It’s the kind of cotton luxury brands rely on, and the kind you notice the moment you put it on.

Modal

02

Modal

Beechwood forests

Modal comes from the pulp of beechwood trees. The resulting fiber is incredibly smooth, naturally breathable, and known for its fluid drape. Blended with pima cotton, modal brings a different dimension to the fabric. Softness that almost feels cool against the skin and a lightweight movement that makes the pieces feel effortless to wear. It also helps fabrics maintain their shape and resist shrinkage over time. The result is a fabric that feels barely there, while still holding its structure beautifully.

Silk

Silk

Mulberry silkworm

Five percent. That’s all it takes. Silk is what gives the solid blend that almost-wet drape, that slight luminosity, that feeling that something is different about this fabric without being able to explain why. We can’t print on silk blends, the ink doesn’t bond. So the silk lives in the solids, and the prints get Peruvian pima blended with modal. A different kind of luxurious. Both choices made for a reason.
